Customer Visits & Technical Support
We visited hospitals already equipped with KHB instruments to collect first-hand user feedback. Our engineers provided on-site technical training to ensure optimal system performance and enhance user experience.
In-Market Research & Needs Assessment
We also conducted in-depth discussions with clinical teams of other hospitals to better understand local testing practices, platform preferences, commonly run assays, and patient pricing structures. These insights are invaluable for aligning our product design and commercial strategies with market needs.
With our #biochemistry analyzers well established in the region, we are also actively introducing our #chemiluminescence #immunoassay (#CLIA) systems. We held in-depth discussions with several distributors regarding sales policies and market-entry strategies, and received valuable feedback from leading hospitals.
